Touch Tree Psychotherapy PLLC
Abby Fox (she/her)
MSEd, LCMHC / LPCC
Touch Tree Psychotherapy PLLC provides individual counseling to all genders, ages 16+. Abby first heard of the concept of a touch tree from Glennon Doyle’s Untamed (2020). A touch tree is a distinct tree in the forest, identified by survivalists as their home base, from which they can venture out to forage and explore without getting lost. The safety therapy offers can tend to your internal home base, uncovering the wisdom, strength, and clarity that exists there. Whether this is your first experience seeking therapy, or you’re well-acclimated to the process, Abby will walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and curiosity as you come to understand where you are now and where you want to go.
In-Person & Remote Options
Abby provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults, ages 16+. If you are interested in seeing if you and Abby might be a good fit, please reach out below to schedule a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation call. This is a time where you can ask questions, and she will gather some general information about you. It is not lost on Abby how difficult it can be to find a therapist who feels like they can meet your specific needs, so she deeply values your initiation of this process. If Abby is not able to support you, she will do her best to point you in the direction of someone who can.
